Hi, I’m Stephanie

I have been working as a registered psychologist on the NSW Central Coast for the past 14 years.

Before stepping into the world of psychology, I worked in human resource management and consultancy.

My experiences with people whilst in those roles inspired me to pursue a deeper understanding of how to empower people in making positive changes in their lives.

I am proud to be a trauma informed practitioner. My approach emphasises the core principles of safety, choice, collaboration, trustworthiness, and empowerment.

My aim is to provide a supportive, safe space for you to talk about your hopes, fears, wishes, and worries.

A place where you will learn how to take improving your well-being into your own hands, build on your strengths, and feel more in control of your life.

In my practice, I employ an eclectic approach that combines a variety of evidence-based methodologies, including EMDR, to tailor the approach to the unique and specific needs of each client.

These include:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

  • Solution Focused Brief Therapy

  • Interpersonal Therapy

  • Schema Therapy

  • EMDR

I hold full membership with the Australian Association of Psychologists Incorporated, the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD), and I am registered with the Psychology Board of Australia.

Being able to feel safe with other people is probably the single most important aspect of mental health;

Safe connections are fundamental to leading meaningful and satisfying lives.
